The 230 odd pin block and lag screw holes are drilled.  Great care must be taken as to drill bit size, rotation speed, temperature, and bit feed speed to ensure that each hole is exactly the same diameter.  Then the tuning pins will tune evenly and if the piano is taken care of it should be tunable up to a hundred years later!
